- Define and own ZIRO’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing product team.
- Partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality products and features.
- Establish disciplined product management processes including roadmap planning and backlog prioritization.
- Leverage customer feedback, market research, and analytics to inform decisions.
- Drive product discovery initiatives.
- Define and track product success metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Managed Services.
- Serve as internal and external product evangelist.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
