VP of Philanthropy

Set the vision, goals, and operating cadence for individual fundraising and volunteer engagement.
Manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW donors, building relationships to secure major gifts.
Build and run a fundraising operating system including KPIs, dashboards, and pipeline reviews.
Coach and develop a high-performing team of fundraisers and revenue operations staff.
Deploy CEO and Board members strategically to help close 6- and 7-figure gifts.
Establish processes for automated or low-touch mid-tier and monthly giving.
