- Lead Business Development (BD) for Risk Advisory and Retainer Partnership service lines.
- Manage and mentor the Manager, BD & Intelligence regarding proposal strategy and client development.
- Serve as primary accountability lead for retainer and partnership client relationships.
- Develop and maintain Risk Advisory service methodology, standards, and quality frameworks.
- Lead initial client engagements and manage the full pipeline of risk consulting projects.
- Deliver hands-on consulting including physical security assessments, emergency management planning, and security program reviews.
- Provide Fractional Security Director services, including management of contractors and part-time staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate optimized invoicing processes.
