Construction Technology Manager

Own the construction layout function company-wide: procedures, accuracy standards, tolerances, deliverable formats, and documentation requirements.
Establish and enforce control network standards, including primary and secondary control, benchmark protocols, and network adjustment.
Define QA/QC for layout, including independent check procedures, tolerance verification, and error budgets.
Lead, schedule, and develop a distributed team of field layout technicians and layout engineers.
Personally lead layout on high-risk, high-complexity, or first-of-kind projects.
Direct existing-conditions capture with 3D laser scanning and manage scan-to-BIM deliverables.
Serve as the link between BIM/VDC and field execution to ensure models are layout-ready.
Own the layout equipment fleet, including selection, calibration, and replacement planning.
