- Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable (LMA) the Amazon sales function.
- Develop and execute end-to-end Amazon sales strategies.
- Work with the leadership team to set and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Own all aspects of product launches.
- Spearhead international Amazon expansion.
- Stay ahead of Amazon trends, new native features, Rufus and other AI changes, competitor moves, and platform changes.
- Implement continuous improvement to boost KPIs.
- Lead the implementation of the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) across the Amazon sales team.
