🔍 HRTech

  • 2–4 years of experience in a B2B outbound / SDR / GTM role
  • Experience generating pipeline through cold outbound (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • You’ve experienced working in startups have built an outbound strategy that has driven great results
  • Strong writing skills and intuition for what makes a message land
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity
  • Bonus: familiarity with the HRTech / recruiting space
  • Bonus: experience with outbound tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, Lavender, etc
  • Own Nova’s top-of-funnel: identify, research, and qualify new prospects
  • Build and maintain highly targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, etc.
  • Launch and optimise outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Loom, Linkedin DMs, etc)
  • Write and test messaging that resonates with ICP
  • Work closely with the founders to define and iterate on ICP
  • Track outreach performance and continuously improve conversion
  • Create and iterate on early GTM playbooks and outbound processes
  • Be the reason our calendar stays full of high-quality discovery calls
  • Experiment, build, and move fast — we’re a startup, after all :D
