Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a B2B outbound / SDR / GTM role
- Experience generating pipeline through cold outbound (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- You’ve experienced working in startups have built an outbound strategy that has driven great results
- Strong writing skills and intuition for what makes a message land
- Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity
- Bonus: familiarity with the HRTech / recruiting space
- Bonus: experience with outbound tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, Lavender, etc
Responsibilities:
- Own Nova’s top-of-funnel: identify, research, and qualify new prospects
- Build and maintain highly targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, etc.
- Launch and optimise outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Loom, Linkedin DMs, etc)
- Write and test messaging that resonates with ICP
- Work closely with the founders to define and iterate on ICP
- Track outreach performance and continuously improve conversion
- Create and iterate on early GTM playbooks and outbound processes
- Be the reason our calendar stays full of high-quality discovery calls
- Experiment, build, and move fast — we’re a startup, after all :D
