Yobi pioneers ethical Behavioral AI, democratizing data insights for brands and agencies. You will build foundation models of human behavior, using real-world actions like purchases. This private-by-design modeling enables state-of-the-art personalization. Today, we bring closed-web user acquisition performance to the open web and connected TV. Our mission is to build the behavioral intelligence layer for any system that makes a personalization decision. We also offer AI-powered customer communication platforms for small to medium businesses, centralizing conversations from all channels into one inbox. Yobi has built one of the largest consented behavioral datasets in the US since 2019, securing $2.37 million in seed funding.

How We Work

Yobi operates with fully remote or hybrid teams across various hubs. You can choose to work from SF Bay Area, Seattle, or NYC. We are at an inflection point, with accelerating customer adoption. This means you will shape our architecture and culture from the ground up. Engineers own major surface areas and build 0→1 systems in large-scale data and model infrastructure. We define how Behavioral AI scales ethically and effectively. We prioritize attitude, culture, and general technical fit over perfect alignment with job descriptions. Building new products and functions from scratch energizes us.

Engineers at Yobi solve complex problems in large-scale data and model infrastructure. You will work with foundation models of human behavior, grounded in real-world actions. Our private-by-design modeling ensures privacy while delivering state-of-the-art personalization. We are focused on bringing closed-web user acquisition performance to the open web and connected TV. You will build 0→1 systems that define how Behavioral AI scales. Our tech stack includes Airflow, Bazel, GitHub CI/CD, Spark, Delta Lake, Scala Spark, and Python Spark. We use languages like Go, Rust, C++, Scala, Java, and Python.
