Requirements:
- 6+ years product management or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred)
- Demonstrated experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to drive towards clarity
- Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into product solutions, especially with 0-1 product delivery
- Comfort with working in ambiguity
- Experience interpreting complex, large-scale information sets in graphical or tabular form and making data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain deep knowledge and expertise about our market space to continuously generate ideas for problems we might solve and ways we might solve them.
- Drive alignment around these ideas and collaborate with functions across Yobi to draft and implement product requirements with the Applications engineering team
- Drive alignment with the commercial team on key outcomes we want to achieve and the metrics we will use to measure our progress against those outcomes.
- Own the implementation, tracking, and reporting of those metrics.
- Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Applications team.
- Conduct or specify relevant user experience, internal, or policy research that supports strategic decision making for your product line.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team on overall company product strategy.
