  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 4+ years of experience, 2+ of which in an EVSE network operations (NOC) environment.
  • Experience using ticket and work order management tools (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, Service Now, etc.).
  • Understanding of EV charging technology and system architecture.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex problems.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

  • Proactively monitor energy & charging assets for faults, errors, and/or irregularities.
  • Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate vendor support to resolve issues within contractual SLAs.
  • Provide phone support to customers, vendors, and field service personnel.
  • Collaborate with third party vendors and customer organizations to coordinate issues response and resolution.
  • Assist in organizational process refinement.
  • Leverage ticketing system and CMMS to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues impacting energy & facilities related systems/equipment.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
