- Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 4+ years of experience, 2+ of which in an EVSE network operations (NOC) environment.
- Experience using ticket and work order management tools (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, Service Now, etc.).
- Understanding of EV charging technology and system architecture.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex problems.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- Proactively monitor energy & charging assets for faults, errors, and/or irregularities.
- Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate vendor support to resolve issues within contractual SLAs.
- Provide phone support to customers, vendors, and field service personnel.
- Collaborate with third party vendors and customer organizations to coordinate issues response and resolution.
- Assist in organizational process refinement.
- Leverage ticketing system and CMMS to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues impacting energy & facilities related systems/equipment.
