Vice President, Engineering

Represent the technical voice within the senior leadership team to guide business planning.
Own and drive the technical roadmap across the core platform and emerging AI products.

Engineering at Civis Analytics

You will tackle complex data challenges, building and integrating AI solutions into our core platform. We build predictive models from large, messy datasets. We design custom web applications to optimize critical business functions. You will work with a modern tech stack, including Python, R, SQL, and AWS. We also leverage dbt, Git, and cutting-edge AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. You will bridge data science, engineering, and product development, shaping how organizations make decisions.
