🔍 Life Sciences Technology
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or closely related field.
- Extensive lab experience across multiple life science platforms, particularly NGS platforms.
- Bachelor's with 8+ years, Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of related experience.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proven positive direct customer-facing experience.
- Experience in the development of biomedical or scientific instruments.
- Experience in the generation and/or analysis of genomic data.
- Ability to balance long-term goals with short-term deliverables.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Enable customer samples by integrating internal workflows to support new applications.
- Provide troubleshooting support and interface with internal development.
- Work closely with development teams to provide feedback.
- Develop customer processes and workflows using library preparation instrumentation.
- Perform site readiness meetings for new customers.
- Report and resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on technical presentations.
- Design and track pilot experiments for new technology customers.
- Represent the company at customer sites and scientific conferences.
