  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and customer success.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • A problem-solving mindset, able to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
  • Implement system configurations using database entities, fields, views, listings, and dashboards.
  • Maintain organized project documentation using Confluence to track progress and relevant information.
  • Use project management tools like Jira to track task progress.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features and capabilities.
  • Identify gaps and clarifications needed and communicate closely with customers.
  • Prepare data imports and data migration plans.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing updates and assistance with technical support.
  • Ensure smooth transition of solutions to clients, including training.
  • Contribute to product lifecycle by providing feedback on feature improvements.
