- Previous experience in coordinating or managing projects, ideally within a software vertical
- Previous experience in EPOS software and Hardware would be very advantageous
- Background knowledge in computer hardware (pc's, IP networks and WIFI)
- PC literate (all MS Office suite) and aptitude to pick up new software packages quickly
- Experience in an onsite installations role
- Deliver exceptional Professional Services through effective operational service management
- Identify and resolve issues and challenges, as far as possible ahead of time to avoid impact to customers and delivery times
- Establish close working relationships with the wider professional services team as well as development, sales, support and finance teams to ensure all aspects of our projects are well managed and delivered in line with customer expectations
- Working with the Professional Services Team Leader, maintain an awareness of the Professional Services ratio within the Jonas business model, and assist as required with forecasting Project completion dates
- Contribute as required by the Professional Services Team Leader, to relevant weekly/monthly reports on the activities of the Professional Services team
- Deliver responsive implementations of our products in a timely manner.
- Maintain an awareness of customer satisfaction measures, reporting processes and systems; based on regular customer surveys and post-case questionnaires
- Set and work towards agreed installation satisfaction targets with customers
- Attend Account Meetings, User Groups and other customer-facing events across the UK as required
- Contribute to the Professional Services standard across the business to embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain an awareness of performance indicators which are implemented, regularly monitored, continually improved and reported to the management team
- Carry out site surveys to assess and plan requirements for safe installation. Liaise with on-site contractors to agree requirements
- Installation, testing and configuration of all parts of EPOS systems, per Company standards and procedures
- Provide site with any additional information or training. Advise users on operation of equipment
- Carry out software installation and upgrades on site
- Full and detailed completion of all appropriate paperwork
- Present a positive Company image
- Provide a timely, polite, and efficient service
