  • Proven experience in project management roles within the HVACR or similar operations-focused industry, with a track record of successfully delivering field projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to forecast and execute against monthly, quarterly, and annual Financials, and be able to determine, communicate, and adjust to any notable shortages or gaps between forecasted and actual line items. Ability to ensure quoted work consistently meets minimum revenue and margin goals.

  • Plan and schedule project activities, including resource allocation, manpower requirements, equipment procurement, subcontractor coordination, permitting, crane or lift scheduling, and final inspection.
  • Coordinate site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope of work, schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and expenses on the job (WO) to ensure adherence to financial targets and profitability goals.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams and external partners to review project status, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage project scope changes, assess their impact on timeline and budget, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to reach consensus on adjustments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams as necessary to review project plans and specifications, provide input on constructability and value engineering, and resolve technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in project management workflows, tools, and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism among project teams, promoting adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Suggest, develop, and roll out new benefits initiatives and programs
  • Ensures benefits changes are accurate and updated in ADP Workforce Now
  • Partner with HR leadership and brokers to develop benefit plan designs for annual renewal
  • Prepare census data reports for benefit renewals
  • Develop communication materials, strategies and project plans to enhance employees’ understanding of benefits offerings and employee satisfaction
  • Manage new hires, QLEs, and annual benefits enrollments
  • Fund 401(k) account, audit 401(k) deductions and prepare 401(k) reports
  • Process and reconcile benefit billing and invoices
  • Manage COBRA process and vendor relationship; manage benefit continuation process for employees on LOA
  • Ensure that the company’s benefit and total rewards programs are consistently communicated to employees, providing quarterly total rewards statements through ADP
  • Respond to employee benefit inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage benefit vendor relationships in partnership with HR leadership
  • Provide ongoing employee reports as needed
  • Perform project work and other duties as assigned
