- Minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience.

- Collaborate with Talent Management on Performance Management, Engagement Surveys, and Leadership Development programs.
- Design and implement HR plans and programs that align with Nuro’s long-term business strategy.
- Ensure team culture remains high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive.
- Meet with leaders across the organization to diagnose challenges and provide feedback to senior leadership.
