🔍 Substance Use Management

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for individuals with substance use disorders.
  • Hold either an MS/MA and/or BS/BA in a related field.
  • Proficient with evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Relapse Prevention.
  • Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals from different disciplines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and prioritize competing work demands.
  • Technologically proficient and able to adapt to technological developments.
  • Provide counseling to members on a weekly basis through text-based chat, video calls, and phone calls.
  • Onboard users with an initial phone call and complete a multidimensional assessment.
  • Monitor members' progress and offer therapeutic strategies for dealing with cravings.
  • Support and encourage members to establish and sustain motivation for change.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive experience for members and provide feedback to the product development team.
  • Attend team meetings and/or case discussions as scheduled.
