  • Work alongside the Process Excellence team to review and evaluate the performance of business operations of the Post Pay teams.
  • Conduct benchmarking activities to ensure post pay operations are moving towards a world-class model.
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource management, risk assessment, and other key initiatives within scope, time, and in alignment with team strategy.
