Director, Institutional Giving

Own and lead the overall strategy for Echoing Green’s institutional giving portfolio.
Translate strategic objectives into clear annual plans, targets, and operating processes for the institutional portfolio.
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and diversification.
Build, manage, and steward a portfolio of 75+ foundation and corporate donors and prospects.
Design and execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies that increase engagement, retention, and giving levels.
Serve as an ambassador for Echoing Green, representing the organization with funders and external stakeholders.
Own the institutional grant lifecycle from end to end, including prospect research, proposal development, budget alignment, submission, reporting, and renewal strategy.
Independently draft, manage, and submit high-quality, compelling proposals and reports.
Manage a Senior Associate of Institutional Giving.
Serve as a thought partner to the Vice President, Development on fundraising strategy.
