  • Manage a portfolio of institutional funders including foundations, family foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Draft and oversee grant proposals and reports including both narrative and financial components.
  • Coordinate with Programs, Finance, and Communications teams to gather necessary data for donor engagement.
  • Maintain institutional giving records, proposal tracking, and deadlines within Salesforce and other project management tools.
  • Conduct prospect research on new funders to assess alignment with organizational values and priorities.
  • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and stewardship communications for donor meetings and events.
