Manager, Institutional Giving

Manage a portfolio of institutional funders including foundations, family foundations, and corporate partners.
Draft and oversee grant proposals and reports including both narrative and financial components.
Coordinate with Programs, Finance, and Communications teams to gather necessary data for donor engagement.
Maintain institutional giving records, proposal tracking, and deadlines within Salesforce and other project management tools.
Conduct prospect research on new funders to assess alignment with organizational values and priorities.
Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and stewardship communications for donor meetings and events.
