- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Microsoft Account Executives, field sales teams, and the broader Microsoft community.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding presence in the FSI, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through closing, ensuring client needs are met.
- Work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for expansion and increase revenue through cross-selling and up-selling services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft compelling proposals that meet client needs.
- Use understanding of competitive landscape to outmaneuver competition and win business.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership for transparency on sales strategy.
- Act as a client advocate within Formula5, ensuring client satisfaction is prioritized.
