Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Experience with healthcare data and familiarity with medical terminologies and processes (e.g., pathology, dermatology, oncology).
• Proven proficiency in Power BI report development and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL, DAX, and/or other data query languages.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in English and Polish language environments.
• Comfortable working afternoon hours to coordinate with US clients.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and data warehousing concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing Healthcare Data to improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance health outcomes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
• Designing and developing data models for Power BI based on medical terminologies and processes.
• Creating interactive and user-friendly Power BI reports that empower decision-makers.
• Working closely with data engineers and analytics team members to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices.
