🔍 Cloud governance
- 3+ years in technical support, system administration, or cloud operations.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and automation scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting cloud asset inventory.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and log analysis tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Provide first level technical support via email, chat, video calls and Slack.
- Ensure compliance with support SLAs by prioritizing and resolving issues within agreed response times.
- Maintain and improve the support platform, including ticketing systems, automation, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot cloud governance, security, and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and escalate complex issues, documenting resolutions.
- Support sales and customer success with POCs and customer requirements.
- Assist in testing new releases and maintaining knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated on cloud technologies and best practices.
