- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Experience with consultative selling and The Challenger Sale model
- A proven track record of success prospecting and closing new business
- Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management tools
- Familiarity with the health insurance landscape and selling to HR or Benefits leaders
- Strategically manage the sales process from the first contact to negotiating and closing contracts
- Turn over every rock to discover sales leads through regular email and phone prospecting to create a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Develop relationships with health insurance brokers, executives, and other decision-makers
- Become a mental health expert to consult partner companies on the value of investing in the emotional well-being of their employees
- Conduct product demos and close deals
- Advocate for the customer by voicing feedback to our Product and Operations teams in order to continually refine our offerings to best meet customer needs
- Create reliable sales forecasts and strive to exceed sales targets
- Open up new industries and geographic markets to expand the reach of Tava’s mission
