🔍 Building maintenance services
- Minimum 7-10 years of national sales experience in the B2B sales industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- Track record of selling over $3 million in annual sales in the services sector.
- Proven experience with RFI and RFP processes from start to finish.
- Ability to work independently and source leads.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships.
- CRM knowledge is essential.
- Janitorial and maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and lead generation goals set by VP of NBD Sales.
- Identify and prospect key decision makers of regional and national account prospects.
- Set a minimum of 3 meetings monthly with decision makers.
- Guide decision makers through the sales process by assessing needs and presenting solutions.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies with City Wide Franchisees and VP of NBD Sales.
- Target prospects with 25+ locations and annual budgets over $600K.
- Manage CRM and enter all contact and activity information daily.
- Develop marketing campaigns for National Account leads.
- Attend quarterly business reviews with Client Solutions Manager.
- Conduct daily lead generation activities and make 60 proactive phone calls monthly.
