Provide feedback to engineers in JIRA tickets after testing the development that will guide the engineer on steps to take when editing the code for passing QA or user acceptance requirements (if/when it doesn’t pass).
Quickly identify functional, UX, and cosmetic bugs in Keen’s product when testing against designs and functional requirements, with the ultimate goal of preventing bugs from slipping into the production environment.
