Senior Product Counsel

Requirements:

• 5+ years of law firm or in-house experience.
• JD degree (or foreign equivalent) with good standing in at least one US state bar.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; establishes and maintains strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
• Highly organized and proactive; capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full product life-cycle counseling across Uniswap products in collaboration with lead product counsel.
• Track regulatory developments and conduct legal research on current rules and regulations.
• Develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and playbooks, including compliance policies and procedures.
• Support lead product counsel in advising the business and marketing teams on laws and regulations as they apply to crypto both domestically and internationally.
• Collaborate collegially and supportively with other members of the legal team.
