Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience in business development, sales strategy, or a related field.
- Effectively interact and communicate with employees across all levels of a company.
- Organize, prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects and deadlines.
- Digest complex information and distill it into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member.
- Apply creative thinking to solving business challenges.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Use Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Interest in or experience with emerging digital platforms, including AI and social commerce, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage new account onboarding end to end, including identifying market opportunities, negotiating terms, and coordinating account setup with cross-functional teams.
- Research prospective accounts to identify leads and markets aligned with strategic priorities.
- Develop the new account pipeline by identifying CRM improvements and generating sales analysis.
- Lead analytics projects to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and monitor growth.
- Build relationships with new accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
- Support Business Development Team members on special projects with evolving priorities.
