Job Details

Have 7+ years of experience in product roles.
Bring senior individual-contributor experience owning complex problem spaces and influencing cross-functional teams.
Have 4+ years of experience in payments or fintech.
Apply strong product judgment and make decisions in uncertain situations.
Be comfortable working on critical, high-trust systems where reliability matters.
Work closely with engineers and designers on complex problems, technical constraints, and tradeoffs.
Use analytical habits and practical approaches to metrics, dashboards, and instrumentation.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
Experience with large or global launches is a plus.
Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress, or open-source ecosystems is a plus.

Own product direction and execution for a key part of the payments product area, with clear goals, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Improve merchant and shopper experiences across onboarding, checkout, refunds and disputes, payouts, reporting, and reliability.
Reduce failures and friction, lower support volume, and improve product ratings and merchant trust.
Use data, support signals, and merchant feedback to prioritize work, define success measures, and make tradeoffs explicit.
Work with payments partners, including Stripe and PayPal, to improve integrations, ship changes, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.
Keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication about progress, risks, and decisions.
Write and refine issues in Linear, triage bugs and incidents, and review and shape product flows in Figma.
Create lightweight prototypes and write briefs or PRDs when needed.
