Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar.
- Have experience designing large, complex digital products, preferably SaaS, B2B platforms, analytics tools, marketing tools, data products or enterprise software.
- Provide a portfolio showing your thinking process, problem-solving approach and impact, as well as final screens.
- Have very good practical knowledge of Figma and modern product design workflows.
- Work independently with ambiguous, complex problems.
- Demonstrate analytical and creative thinking and the ability to explore multiple solution directions.
- Bring ownership, accountability and attention to quality.
- Understand UX fundamentals, including information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility and interface patterns.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Research.
- Be willing to use AI tools in your everyday design workflow.
- Experience with Design Systems, design validation methods, or AI, automation, recommendations, analytics, data visualization and complex workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to run workshops, design reviews or discovery sessions is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process in your product area, from discovery and problem framing through ideation, prototyping, validation and high-fidelity design.
- Translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive and scalable user experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define valuable, feasible solutions aligned with business goals.
- Investigate product problems independently, identify opportunities and propose improvements.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models and final UI designs.
- Work with UX Researchers to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.
- Use AI tools to support research, exploration, idea development and communication.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of the Design System.
- Own user experience quality in your product area and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and development teams.
