Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company.
- Bring strong systems thinking and the ability to understand connections across people, process, and technology.
- Demonstrate technical problem-solving from first principles.
- Bring a strong analytical mindset.
- ERP experience is a major plus but is not required.
- SQL experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Support the post-sales customer lifecycle from discovery and design through product implementation and go-live.
- Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map customer business processes and workflows.
- Build product capabilities for upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations.
- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
- Build client relationships to support retention and potential upsell.
- Improve product and customer lifecycle processes through automation and AI.
