- Lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers across upper mid-market and enterprise clients, accountable for team output, client outcomes, and individual development.
- Work hands-on across discovery, design, implementation, and go-live throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
- Own complex client relationships and lead cross-functional deep dives to map business processes and workflows.
- Contribute to product capabilities that support the company's upper mid-market and enterprise growth.
- Establish and improve team practices and processes.
- Translate process flows into product design and configuration on the DOSS platform.
- Partner with technical teams on integrations and data migrations.
- Lead UAT, training, and go-live support across the portfolio.
- Coach Forward Deployed Product Managers on client management, problem-solving, and delivery quality.
- Drive automation and AI-forward improvements to product and customer lifecycle processes.
