Requirements
- Have 2+ years of work experience in influencer partnerships, project management, customer service, operations, or a similar field.
- Bring strong organization and customer service skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Respond to sponsors and creators quickly and effectively with accurate information.
- Be comfortable calling clients about important matters.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Be reliable and able to work beyond regular hours for tight deadlines.
- Be able to work US 9AM–6PM hours.
- Use Airtable, Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets in the role.
- Be based in the Philippines and able to travel for 2–3 team trips a year.
Responsibilities
- Send talking points to creators for sponsorship integrations.
- Review ad reads against brand guidelines.
- Coordinate revisions to sponsorship ad reads.
- Record details discussed with creators and sponsors accurately in Airtable.
- Serve as the point of contact for creators and sponsors on assigned campaigns.
- Respond to sponsors and creators quickly and effectively.
- Call clients about important matters when needed.
- Identify clunky processes and suggest improvements.
