Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on revenue recognition.
Bring hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
Demonstrate proficiency applying ASC 606, including performance obligations, contract modifications, revenue allocation, deferred revenue, and contract asset accounting.
Have advanced MS Excel skills for complex financial analysis and large datasets.
Bring strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting judgment, including researching and documenting non-standard contract positions.
Be comfortable using AI tools, such as LLMs, and automation in accounting, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
Have familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system and experience working with data in PowerBI.
Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to reconcile complex transactional activity.
Demonstrate leadership ability, including coaching and developing team members.
Be able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ZoneBilling is preferred; CPA certification or progress toward it is a plus.
Experience in SaaS, software, or subscription-based revenue accounting is strongly preferred.

Lead, mentor, and develop the revenue accounting and accounts receivable teams.
Review revenue journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, and schedules during close cycles.
Lead monthly revenue flash reporting and support revenue variance analyses.
Analyze customer contracts, amendments, and modifications for ASC 606 compliance and revenue allocation.
Collaborate with the Global Controller on technical accounting positions and supporting memos.
Oversee credit, billing, collections, and cash application across the end-to-end AR process.
Administer and optimize NetSuite ARM and ZoneBilling, including revenue arrangement setup, validation, and contract modification workflows.
Validate data across NetSuite, ZoneBilling, and Salesforce for completeness and revenue reporting integrity.
Use AI-enabled tools, LLMs, and workflow automation to improve revenue and AR processes.
Prepare audit schedules and documentation, maintain internal controls, and partner with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Licensing, and sales.
