  • Demonstrate experience bringing new products or categories to market through positioning, launches, or building the product.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated stories for buyers, partners, and the field.
  • Build launch assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, web copy, competitive battlecards, and enablement playbooks.
  • Understand channel-led models and positioning and enabling through MSPs, MSSPs, resellers, or distributors.
  • Build lightweight tools, prompts, and workflows to automate repetitive work and share them with go-to-market teams.
  • Conduct hands-on competitive research using trials, demos, documentation, release notes, and pricing and packaging information.
  • Turn competitive findings into positioning, battlecards, and objection handling used by sellers.
  • Write and communicate effectively when briefing analysts, enabling sellers, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Be comfortable working through ambiguity and on short timelines; be willing to travel occasionally.
  • Have direct experience marketing or building AI products, or working at an AI-native company; cybersecurity experience in areas such as AI security, MDR, XDR, or SIEM is also specified.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for Sophos' AI solutions portfolio and emerging categories.
  • Build the category narrative for AI-native cybersecurity defense and guide AI-related messaging across the broader portfolio.
  • Translate technical capabilities into channel-ready stories for security buyers, MSPs, and end customers.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, competitive positioning, and proof points.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for AI solution and category launches.
  • Partner with Product Management on launch scope, sequencing, and tiering.
  • Create launch assets including pitch decks, solution briefs, web copy, video scripts, FAQs, battlecards, and partner playbooks.
  • Equip channel partners and sellers through enablement programs, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • Track AI cybersecurity market developments and competitor claims, products, and launches; brief industry analysts.
  • Gather customer, partner, and field feedback and work with marketing teams to develop evidence of solution value.
