Requirements
- Bring significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level; Senior Engineers typically have at least 6 years of commercial experience.
- Have practical experience delivering in an agile environment.
- Have practical experience and knowledge of developing real-world solutions.
- Have deep knowledge of Golang.
- Have experience working with Kubernetes (K8s); this is essential.
- Have deep understanding of version control tools such as Git.
- Have testing experience and familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools.
- Have practical real-world experience working with databases and cloud environments.
- Have experience with automation, CI, and CD.
- Have experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews.
- Have professional proficiency in English.
- Python experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications using Golang.
- Support component design, development, and maintenance while taking responsibility for personal technical quality standards.
- Assist in defining structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Get feedback from users and clients and build solutions for them.
- Assist with analyzing client requirements.
- Work with and support Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with client teams.
