Requirements
- Have excellent English communication skills at C1 level or above.
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a technical support role.
- Bring hands-on experience with VPS setup and management.
- Have trading experience.
- Have a strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
- Be familiar with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
- Have strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Use a personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
- Have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support via email and chat.
- Perform first-tier troubleshooting for customers’ Windows-based VPS environments used for trading.
- Build customer relationships.
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
- Maintain understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs.
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
