Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of GTM recruiting experience.
- Have 5+ years of people management experience in your most recent roles.
- Have experience recruiting across a wide range of GTM functions globally.
- Bring experience in both startup and larger, scaled environments.
- Use a data- and metrics-driven approach to building and running a recruiting team.
- Use AI in day-to-day work and apply sound judgment to AI-assisted work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and directly manage all GTM and G&A recruiters.
- Partner with GTM and G&A leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs.
- Monitor and report on hiring progress and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally.
- Build and develop recruiting strategies to support quarterly hiring goals across GTM and G&A functions.
- Work with the team to diagnose and address hiring-funnel bottlenecks.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to stakeholders and Vanta’s leadership team.
- Manage a small requisition load as needed, likely focused on key GTM leadership hires.
