Have 5+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS product marketing.
Have experience marketing to business users and operators.
Have experience marketing workflow, automation, or process software.
Understand how buyers think about approvals, handoffs, and business processes, and explain them simply.
Use AI hands-on to research, draft, and test ideas.
Be able to explain where AI speeds up a process and where a person still needs to review the output.
Have run customer interviews or studies that changed a product decision, and be able to show the before and after.
Have shipped work without a playbook, made decisions with incomplete data, and corrected course in market.
Set success metrics and kill criteria before launch and work with the data team to validate them.

Run customer research mapping jobs such as proposals, simple contracts, quotes, and renewals to specific workflows.
Build positioning and messaging for workflows as a product family and explain how each fits into the broader agreement platform.
Define how to communicate what AI agents prepare, what customers approve, and how automation is auditable and trustworthy.
Partner with Product and R&D to decide which workflows to build, sequence launches, and define success before shipping.
Bring customer and market evidence into roadmap decisions.
Shape how workflows are discovered in the product and on the website, and support sales enablement.
Plan launches with in-product guidance, training, and proactive communication; define kill criteria and success metrics.
Build customer proof points and run campaigns that move accounts from one workflow to several.
