Requirements
- Hold an advanced degree in science.
- Have 10 or more years of relevant job experience with promotional medical education content, such as advisory boards, speaker programs, and slide decks.
- Have experience with established professional medical editorial processes, such as AMA style.
- Have experience with ethical guidelines.
- Demonstrate organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be able to analyze and interpret scientific data.
- Be able to multitask and work independently.
- Be able to manage projects within tight deadlines with limited direction.
- Dermatology experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned accounts.
- Lead client interactions and brand strategy.
- Lead the scientific portion of brand planning and business development.
- Manage resource allocation.
- Partner with client services to develop SOWs and timelines.
- Identify areas for new and organic growth.
- Plan, develop, and oversee scientific content for assigned accounts across therapeutic areas.
