Job Details

Have 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic leadership, business development, or product/go-to-market strategy.
Have experience in a clinical software, SaaS, or PaaS environment.
Demonstrate the ability to move between high-level strategy and detailed execution or project management.
Have strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex operational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Hold a bachelor’s degree.
Nice to have: experience leading go-to-market strategy or implementation for clinical trial payment or site financial management solutions.
Nice to have: understanding of fee schedules, clinical trial agreements, study budgets, and accounts payable integration.
Nice to have: experience with operational and financial workflows of clinical research sites, sponsors, and CROs.
Nice to have: familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and investigator payment compliance, including fair market value and transparency reporting.
Nice to have: an MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and usage of Veeva Payments among life sciences companies.
Advise executive stakeholders on the value of a connected payments solution.
Partner with the sales organization to define target accounts, educate customers, support strategic sales cycles, and help achieve revenue goals.
Represent Veeva at industry events, conferences, and executive customer meetings.
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Services to refine positioning and messaging and shape the Payments roadmap.
Gather customer feedback and identify trends in site financial management and investigator retention to inform product and business strategy.
