Job Details

Have software engineering, automation engineering, or technical consulting experience, including at least 3 years delivering automation for enterprise clients.
Have hands-on production experience with at least one major RPA platform: UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Have strong Python skills and solid experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and system integration.
Have hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience and experience deploying production workloads on GCP.
Have strong Git skills, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, merge conflict resolution, and CI/CD pipelines.
Have hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI solutions with frontier models, including prompt and context design, tool calling, retrieval, multi-step agents, and evaluation.
Have experience leading or mentoring developers through code reviews, pairing, and coaching.
Be able to translate complex business processes into automation designs and judge what should be automated.
Be comfortable leading workshops and demos and communicating with executives and frontline operators.
Bonus: experience with process or task-mining tools, RPA certifications, agent frameworks or protocols, Google Cloud certifications, containers, or infrastructure as code.
Bonus: background in forward-deployed or solutions engineering, an Automation Center of Excellence, or finance operations, insurance, banking, or shared services.

Own customer deployments from discovery and solution design through build, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
Use process and task-mining data to identify, size, and prioritize automation opportunities.
Design and build agentic AI solutions using models such as Claude, Gemini, and GPT.
Compare models and patterns based on accuracy, cost, latency, and data-privacy needs.
Build evaluation sets, guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and monitoring for production AI.
Orchestrate AI agents, RPA bots, document AI, and custom Python services into end-to-end workflows.
Integrate enterprise systems through APIs, MCP servers, connectors, and UI automation.
Deploy agents, services, and pipelines on Google Cloud using services including Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
Guide Intelligent Automation developers through design and code reviews, pairing, and coaching.
Lead customer workshops, measure automation value, and share field insights with Product and Engineering.
