- Have at least 2 years of professional experience in data entry, billing, financial operations, or a highly analytical role.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Have advanced Google Sheets skills for data manipulation, formulas, and reporting.
- Bring strong data analysis skills and rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance and meet strict billing deadlines.
- Handle sensitive billing and partner data with discretion and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly and monthly invoicing data uploads.
- Create, generate, and send accurate client invoices.
- Audit vendor invoices and prepare vendor credit requests.
- Calculate partner revenue shares and prepare statements for distribution.
- Research, troubleshoot, and follow up on clinic billing issues.
