Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Have strong capability in two or three of data engineering, AI, application development, and DevOps.
- Be comfortable contributing across the other domains and developing those skills.
- Demonstrate current fluency with AI tools in your own workflow and explain how they affect your output.
- Work effectively with limited supervision and execute independently within leadership direction, architecture, and standards.
- Collaborate with peers and review their work, sharing knowledge across the team.
- Make sound technical decisions independently and know when to escalate.
- Raise strategy, budget or cost, and cross-functional decisions to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of assigned solutions and deliver them with accountability for quality.
- Translate requirements into technical designs, approaches, and plans.
- Implement full-stack solutions from data model to API to interface.
- Own unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, validating work against requirements before release.
- Design and build integrations within the architecture owned by leadership.
- Review teammates' code and designs and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to shared tooling, standards, and documentation.
- Track work and changes in the team's shared system and keep work visible and documented.
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive work and support solution design and quality.
