- Have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Bring strong expertise in Boolean search and candidate sourcing.
- Have hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand IT and non-IT job requirements.
- Have candidate screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Be able to independently understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Have experience with ATS platforms; Zoho Recruit knowledge is an advantage.
- Be able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Be available throughout the prescribed working hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.
- Dedicate professional working hours exclusively to Vrinda Nexus International and not undertake other employment, freelance assignments, consultancy work, side business, or paid professional commitments during employment.
- Maintain a dedicated workspace, reliable internet connection, and laptop or desktop.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional recruitment platforms.
- Review job descriptions and identify candidates matching required skills, experience, location, and salary criteria.
- Recruit for IT and non-IT requirements across different industries.
- Review applications received through the recruitment portal and conduct preliminary screening calls.
- Verify candidate details, including current and expected CTC, notice period, experience, and availability.
- Submit screened candidate profiles to the in-house recruitment team and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Record candidate, sourcing, and screening information in Zoho Recruit.
- Follow up with candidates and coordinate with the in-house recruitment team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing and submission targets.
