Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Have experience independently leading requirements for product or technical initiatives from discovery to production.
- Have experience designing APIs, data models, business processes, and integration solutions.
- Understand microservice architecture and synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
- Have knowledge of REST, gRPC, and Kafka.
- Have UML/BPMN experience and be able to create technical documentation and specifications for Developers.
- Have experience with PlantUML, Jira, and Confluence.
- Have basic SQL skills.
- Be able to analyze business needs, manage multiple priorities, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have B1 or higher English proficiency.
- Be available to overlap with Mexico working hours for at least 2 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, launch, and post-production support.
- Work with Product, Risk, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Manage and refine the backlog by decomposing initiatives into development-ready tasks and preparing acceptance criteria.
- Specify synchronous and asynchronous integrations between internal services and external providers.
- Design APIs, data models, business processes, and service requirements with the development team.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, integration contracts, and diagrams.
- Track delivery timelines and cross-team dependencies, identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate when needed.
- Support Developers and QA during implementation and testing, clarify requirements, and help resolve production issues.
- Manage product-development requirements end to end and ensure solutions are ready for release.
