Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Have 7 or more years of finance experience, with a strong background in planning, forecasting, and business case evaluation.
- Have experience leading or mentoring analysts.
- Have experience with revenue, sales, or customer base analytics, such as renewals, churn, contract terms, or pipeline and funnel analysis.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills.
- Be familiar with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Essbase, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Have experience in finance business partnership, strategic initiatives, or related roles.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Responsibilities
- Own customer migration and renewal reporting, using contract term profiles to identify revenue risk and inform renewal and retention priorities.
- Deliver sales reporting and forecasting, including funnel analysis, conversion, pipeline coverage, and sales productivity.
- Support monthly forecasts, annual planning, and performance reviews in alignment with corporate FP&A processes and governance.
- Provide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, business cases, and scenario analysis for the SPO organization.
- Translate financial and sales data into executive-ready insights for decision-making.
- Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency, accuracy, and insight.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two analysts.
- Partner with SPO and sales leadership on performance against plan and mitigation actions.
