Have at least 2 years of professional experience in product operations, product management, technology, software development, project coordination, or a related field.
Bring strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Have working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, software development workflows, and the product development lifecycle.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities, including interpreting data, recognizing patterns, and developing actionable recommendations.
Have practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, analyze information, or solve business and technical problems.
Show strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying, investigating, and resolving issues.
Work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and willingness to learn and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Russian speaking, reading, and writing proficiency is considered a strong advantage.

Support product operations, including ticket management, requirements gathering, backlog organization, testing, releases, and documentation.
Gather business requirements with Product Leaders and translate them into product specifications and actionable development tasks.
Coordinate product updates and initiatives with development teams, sales teams, and other business stakeholders.
Review call recordings and conversation transcripts to identify AI performance issues, conversational breakdowns, and customer experience challenges.
Analyze customer and internal user experiences, identify friction points, and recommend improvements to product functionality and usability.
Monitor product performance indicators, identify trends and anomalies, and highlight potential issues.
Consolidate findings into reports and prioritized recommendations for product leadership.
Work with developers to test, validate, and implement product enhancements and technical improvements.
Maintain product documentation, requirements, specifications, and project deliverables.
Use AI-powered tools to automate repetitive activities and improve workflows.
