Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of proven recruitment experience.
- Agency recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
- Have deep experience with ATS platforms, candidate sourcing tools, and common HR systems.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Assess role fit, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Use recruitment metrics to make decisions, forecast needs, and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Run projects end-to-end and take initiative autonomously.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client proposals and new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, social media, and referrals.
- Build strong talent pipelines.
- Consult with hiring managers on hiring plans, role design, market intelligence, and competitive salary positioning.
- Manage candidate communications and expectations from first contact through onboarding.
- Represent the employer brand throughout the candidate journey.
- Maintain ATS and data tools to track pipelines and report recruitment metrics.
- Improve processes using time-to-fill, source quality, and conversion-rate data.
- Lead outreach campaigns through email sequences, social content, and events.
- Experiment with sourcing channels to lower cost-per-hire and speed time-to-fill.
