- Have 5 years of experience in PR or communications.
- Bring a good understanding of consumer financial and trading products.
- Demonstrate strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Be able to simplify complex or technical products and concepts into media- and user-friendly narratives.
- Be proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to prioritize and manage stakeholders.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, traditional finance, or consumer technology is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute global integrated product communications, including go-to-market campaigns.
- Support communications in line with Binance’s broader product strategy and business objectives.
- Position Binance and its products as leaders in their product categories through media opportunities.
- Partner with Product Marketing to align product messaging, campaign strategy, and execution.
- Support and troubleshoot product-related issues.
- Contain, de-escalate, and resolve public and user concerns.
