Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Bring executive hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies; this is a plus.
- Be fluent in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Be skilled in modern sourcing and selection techniques.
- Have market mapping experience for global markets or Asia.
- Show a successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
- Bring stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
- Be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Be able to work independently.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive searches and end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and business-critical roles.
- Use targeted headhunting, market mapping, and strategic talent sourcing to identify and attract candidates globally.
- Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market intelligence and talent advice.
- Build relationships with high-calibre candidates to support long-term business growth.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Provide a strong candidate experience from initial introduction through onboarding.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to improve the hiring process.
- Drive or participate in HR projects and initiatives, and manage recruiting databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality talent through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate contact.
